THEN, I was transferred to another dept to process my $25.00 Upgrade Fee. I was transfered over to 5 different people, disconnected 1 time before being connected to the Warranty Dept? She was very nice, articulate, thorough and proficient with the issue & emailed all the return docs/info to me immediately. I received my upgraded phone and immediately called cost SVC to start the return process. This is NOT a bank issue on my end this is an internal issue with Cricket. Hi account was suspended for non payment and I had to pay my monthly fee PLUS a $15.00 reactivate fee AND $4.00 fee to process by phone!! As of yesterday my Cricket account still showed me on auto pay AND payment will process as normal ( 1 day left) in my billing cycle. ![]()
